:: How to place an order ::

To place an order, you must select the products you want and add them to your shopping basket and send your order after writting your address and contact information. If you can’t manage to place your order, please contact us directly!
After placing your order, we will send you an email, confirming we have the requested items in stock and the total sum for the order.

:: How can you send the money ::

In order for us to send you the requested products, you must pay the total sum of the order in advance.
You can send the money using:
- MoneyBookers (preferably)
- PayPal
- Western Union
- bank transfer

:: Countries we can send products to ::

We can send products to any country in the world.
The only problem is with pyro materials, which are available only in EU countries. Hence Romania is in the EU, we can’t deliver outside this economy-zone.

:: When will I receive the products ::

Standard delivery time for the majority of the products listed in our website is 7-10 days. You will receive the products using the services of your national post. (in case of some countries, we can send the products using door-per-door couriers).

:: Return policy ::

If the products received by you don’t satisfy your needs, you can return them, receiving your money back (except the money for postal&packaging costs), with the condition that the products returned are in near mind condition.
* The return policy doesn’t work on pyro materials.
